  Teaching the chidren according to their learning capabilities is done well. Focussing on my children to be independent and accountable for their actions is one of the prime factors, which I like about the school. My daughter has grown independent and learnt lot of key life skills here, and the academics came along with it. The school has tapped her skills and encouraged her to do more along with the academic. With more attention towards every child and their needs, the staff does tremendous work in making the children feel comfortable and responsible at the same time.
  The emphasis on spending time with nature and a non-consumerist lifestyle ethics being taught at this early stage, the children get a good foundation. I wish the school the best and do much more in the years to come.

  Both our daughters had a good foundation through their wonderful and caring evironment. Adra unlike traditional schools focuses not only on academics but also personal and social well being which is inculcated into every learning. They also emphazise on caring and respecting others and the environment around, while fostering kindness and caring among the children themselves. This truly brings out the best in them and makes them grow into responsible individuals.   Thank you for meaningful learning sessions as well as the very valuable counselling session and for your continuous effort in working together with us parents for the development of our children. When my child was supposed to get enrolled into a school I was only looking for a school where electronic media isn't used and the teachers are kind. I am blessed to have found a school such as this for my child where he is allowed to explore and be himself and also learn through activities which help him do better in every aspect. It's not only academics but survival and a pathway to a very successful life is what he's learning under your guidance. We are glad to be a part of Adra where not only the children but parents too are being educated so we can work together and deliver the best to our children and also can make a difference to our society.   This is my second instance for child observation. I could experience better control, co-ordination (motor and mental), and communication in all the kids belonging to the M2 group, a gradual progression indeed. As always the quiet and peaceful environment gives these kids a lot of space to think, act and explore various dimensions of simple looking yet very intuitive, scientific and mathematical materials. I really love and appreciate the way foundation for Mathematics and Language is being built for these kids. They do imitate the same while away from these place which really means that it’s strong deep rooted and is helping them to solve challenges in real outer world. Looking forward for more such sessions.

  It was lovely site to see so many kids quietly working on each of their own activities with ease and calmness.

  In 2009 when we relocated to Kasturi nagar my son was just 6 months old. As I had to resume my profession, we were searching for a nice day care facility. Amongst 7-8 preschools I found Adra to be the best preschool. The first and the foremost characteristics of Adra that drew our attention was the neatness, cleanliness and friendly staff. We spoke to Nirupama madam and without a second thought we decided to choose Adra. He is now 3.5 yrs old and is still with Adra for M1 and daycare. We are very happy with the care and individual attention given. Their monthly reports point out every aspect of the child’s development, his likes/dislikes, his positive aspects/areas of improvement. Not just for the child, Adra also assists the parents in various ways ( parental guidelines, education sessions..etc) to become ideal and good parents. Also what I like (being a working woman) about Montessori school at Adra in Bangalore is, the child is free to learn what he/she wants in their own pace. There is no unbearable pressure or burden on the child and parents. Our heartfelt thanks to the Adra staff for taking good care of our child when we are not with him.

  Our daughter Shravya Iyer has been attending your afternoon batch of M1 since June, 2012. We have noticed significant positive changes in her nature and temperament in these few months.
